Speed Dating a Book!
Grab your partner, bestie, or just yourself and come out for some speed dating fun!
Your ticket includes:
- complimentary wine and seltzer water
- complimentary charcuterie
- a hardcover from your speed dating stack
- 10% any other purchases you make while at the event
Speed dating a book?
- Come on in and grab a drink and some snacks
- Feel free to browse the store, but ONLY LOOK at the books and their covers
- When given the signal, you will have 2 minutes to grab 5 books.
- Find a space and get ready!
- You will have 2 minutes to “speed date” each book.
- After we have gone through each book, now is the time to pick.
- Bring your pick (or picks) up to the register and check out! Your first Hardcover is free and then 10% off any others you want to take home. We don’t judge if you take home more than one date…
- Any books you don’t want, we’ll reshelve, you maybe you know someone who would like it.
- FUN TWIST: come with your partner and see how well they know you. You each speed date FOR the other person… Though we aren’t trying to cause any fights on this, the day of love.
- Once you have checked out, you are welcome to hang out and have another drink and more bites.
- We will have a book mark making station if you want to get a little crafty as well.

Space is limited to 16 people, so get your tickets!
$30 per person
$50 per couple (each person gets a book)
Have a partner that’s not a reader, but wants to get in on the fun, watching… $15 bystander ticket (no book but food and drink)
